Mitä valita ostaessasi autoa: automaattinen, manuaali tai CVT? Ja siellä on myös robotteja! Automaattivaihteisto on kalliimpi, mutta tällä rahalla autoilija saa mukavuutta eikä hermostu liikenneruuhkissa. Mekaaninen vaihteisto on halvempi, sen etuna on huollon helppous ja kestävyys. Mitä tulee variaattoriin, sen vahvuus on polttoainetalous, mutta variaattoreiden luotettavuus ei ole vielä tasoa. Yleensä kukaan ei puhu hyvää robotista. Robotti on kompromissi automaattikoneen ja mekaniikan välillä, kuten millä tahansa kompromissilla, sillä on enemmän miinuksia kuin plussia.
